Hulled Sesame seeds were originally a staple food of the Middle East. They are said to be the greatest of all seeds due to the high nutrition value as well as their oil. To enhance the nutty flavour, sesame seeds can be toasted in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown. They can be used to garnish sweet and savory dishes and used in baking. Raw or roasted sesame seeds can be ground into Tahini.

USES

Hulled Sesame seeds are good for healthy cooking and also treated suitable for salad oils and margarine. The powder prepared using sesame seeds are good for bakery foods mostly in breads and buns for crunchiness.
